The Message from Our Chief Executive Officer, Ayhan Yerekaban
In 1994, we embarked on a journey with determination and faith, and with the success we have shown for 30 years, we have become the leading brand of our sector, which is followed with appreciation. Today, we produce aluminium solutions with our value-added products and more than 1300 colleagues in our fully integrated production facility with a closed area of 120 thousand square meters. With our rich archive of 25 thousand moulds, we develop special products for sectors such as construction, automotive, aviation, marine, white goods, lighting and energy.
Since our establishment, we have exported to 75 countries on 4 continents. In the last 6 years, we have tripled our export figures. In the previous year, we exported 50 percent of our total production to 42 different countries. With these achievements, we were proud not only to grow our company but also to increase our contribution to our country.
In 2024, we took our aluminium solutions to the next level. At this point, we made significant investments to both increase our production capacity and to offer aluminium solutions to more sectors in the industry. We commissioned our new forging facility, vertical paint line, high storage facility, and increased our composite panel production capacity by 50 percent.
Our company, which contributes to increasing Turkey’s competitiveness in global markets in the field of aluminium solutions, was also included in the Turquality Brand Support Program in 2024. With this programme, we aim to make our strong production capacity and export potential felt much more effectively in the global arena. Thus, while increasing its competitive power in the international arena, our brand will also serve to make Turkey an important centre in the field of aluminium solutions.
While carrying our production capacity, product diversity and commercial activities forward, we take every step with the responsibility of leaving a green and livable world. Within the scope of our sustainability approach, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by 55 per cent by 2030 and become carbon neutral by 2050 with the effective work we carry out in emission and energy management processes.
We aim to achieve even greater success both in Turkey and worldwide with our strategic production investments, renewed digital processes, brand new working models we offer to different sectors and our sustainability approach.
We trust in our country’s human accumulation, geopolitical advantages and our own determination, diligence and innovative perspective.
For this reason, we sincerely believe that we will reach our targets.
We know that aluminium is the future of the world. And we believe that the future of aluminium will have the signature of Sistem Alüminyum.
